I have always noticed the difference in my cooking when I cook with passion and happiness. It brings a different taste to my food. This was the final dish that I made for the Award. So, I was enthusiastic and made a dish from the bottom of my heart. This was the dish that was something really close to my heart and I really wanted to make. I had seen my mom make it for me for my health. She is always cooking for me so I thought why not give something to my family. I used to watch my mom dropping vegetables in the table and making the table ready. It was surprising that her mood never changed, she was willing and always happy. That was what inspired me. So, my story behind this photo is the my inspiring mother inspiration. At last, I had cooked famous Italian dish Lasagne. Loads of cheese was used and we also bought an oven for this dish.
