When undertaking estate planning with my financial advisers several years ago, I decided upon a gift in my will as a natural extension of more than 20 years of volunteer and financial involvement with The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, which has been an important part of my life. This permanent legacy is a tangible way for me to honour the vision and more than 60 years of dedication and commitment from the Award's Founder, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, the result of which has been to transform the lives of millions of young people for the betterment of society

Through a gift in your will, you can leave a lasting legacy for future generations. Your gift will enable young people to develop their character and skills, encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone and build positive habits that they will take with them for the rest of their lives.

Gifts from those who choose to remember The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation in this way, will help us to empower more young people with the desire to create meaningful change and to find their purpose, passion and place in the world.

No matter how large or small, a gift in your will can make a lasting impact and help us to achieve our long-term ambition that every young person will have the opportunity to participate in the Award.
