It is our aim to support the recruitment and retention of, and to develop and maintain effective management, training and learning opportunities for, adults in the Award.
Providing opportunities for external, accredited training for all adults in the Award will help them develop the skills they need to more effectively manage and deliver the Award with their operator is part of our commitment to meet this aim.
To support this, we have access to the tiered executive MBA programme at Heriot Watt University/Edinburgh Business School. This MBA is fully virtual and fully accredited.
HWU also offers the option to defer or pause studies without penalty at any time. Delegates can complete the programme at their own pace.
Delegates are responsible for paying for their own tuition and examination fees. There is no required expense/liability for operators.
Delegates create a study plan with our dedicated academic advisor at Heriot Watt and enrol in each subsequent course with their advisor to obtain the discounted tuition rate.
