Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
My biggest challenge while doing the award was setting up clear and achievable goals and objectives of my skills, Through the help of my award leader I was able to start by breaking the project down into simple tasks then going ahead to arrange them to have clear goals and objectives outlined. This I did by considering skills and activities that could be measured by these two common methodologies “SMART” which means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
“CLEAR” which means Collaborative, Limited, Emotional, Appreciable, and Refineable.
By using these two I ended up achieving the goals that I had planned to at the beginning of my award level.
