CORNELIUS BRUNO SIMIYU
Favourite memory of the Award:
The first day I went to mount Kenya for an expedition organized by the regional office and the national office in Kenya. We had to use all the skills to go up the mountain since it was cold and plus since we were the hosts we had to guide other people from all walks of the nation.
The second one was hosting HRH prince Edward Earl of Wessex this year at Aberdares. It is one of the fond memories that we shall forever cherish .

Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
Being rained on during my first expedition but glad i never gave up,we were almost giving up the cooking but we pushed hard to make sure we had something warm to eat before going to sleep using our blankets .at that time most of us couldn't afford a sleeping bag but we are glad currently through the compass project by Sponsored by MR. Muhoho many participants have benefited a lot.
