Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
the cramps . swimming is no big deal and the fact of holding your breath under water and not able to come up is very risky as you can just get tired and drink water but i have perfected it a bit but it is still challenging . i think i will stick to football next time

Have you continued any of your Award activities? If so, what:
i am still on my bronze level but if there is any activity i want to do again , it is definetely the cooking why , because i love eating and i help my mum in the kitchen when shes cooking and besides i want to do something that will make me independent in my life
