My favourite memory is having to hike the slippery slopes in Arberdares Ranges while being rained on. Falling down and getting up to continue hiking was fun for me.

Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
When I was in my Silver level, I was made the Secretary of my Award Unit. The first few months of serving as a secretary were challenging since it was my first time doing that. Through learning from the other leaders, it became easier with time. Thanks to the Award I am now a better secretary for Egerton University President's Award.

Tell us the story behind your photo:
I am currently at my Gold level and for the skill section, I chose drama and theatre arts. For a while now, I have been learning a lot in acting and I have for sure seen progress. This particular photo reminds me of how much progress I have made. It was taken when I had just put on my costumes and make up for a Swahili film NURU. NURU translates to light in English. I was cast as the main character in the film, and this photo describes my readiness. Ready to face the cameras, ready to face the people, ready to face the world. #worldready.
