Since working on photography for the Duke of Edinburgh's skills unit, I have continued to enjoy taking time out of my day to take pictures.
Tell us the story behind your photo:
This was a photo I took while completing the skill component of my Award. I was in the Darwin wetlands during the early hours of the morning when I saw a Nankeen Night-Heron on the banks of the river. I tried to quietly take some pictures of the bird before leaving it to find its breakfast.
