Everyone has their own goals and dreams to achieve. Doing sports at a high level used to be looked at as a very dedicated and professional endeavour that required you to have no room for anything else. You need to sacrifice different to achieve in sports. I took triathlon in duke there are 3 bases in triathlon cycling, swimming and running. Usually I do cycling and running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 3 hours and swimming every week. I was sick but I still continued to achieve my sports career. Lots of sweats, pain and tears were felt. Lot of sacrifices and difficulties were there. I will still be continuing this activity. Best moment while doing was I was able to help people and motivate them. I was able to spread awareness to about duke and this strong mentality to people.
