Here is a picture of our delicious couscous with tuna and sweetcorn. We had this for lunch on the second day of both the practice and qualifying journeys. One thing that made it memorable was the fact that one of my teammates had some difficulty opening the bag of couscous on the Qualifying Journey and tugged at it so hard that it suddenly burst—flinging couscous all over the campsite! Thankfully, we had more than plenty!
