Award Level:
Favourite memory of the Award:
Sitting at the campfire with friends at the annual field exercise camp, seeing the stars and talking
Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
The biggest challenge would be the treks, with them going through gruelling terrain from valleys, mountains and etc. Paired with the long distance really tested the grit of myself
Have you continued any of your Award activities? If so, what:
Yes, I have continued with the award to gold, and I still do cadets and got promoted to officer. Along with that, I do film making and research for charities. And for the expedition a hiking trek up the snow mountains
Tell us the story behind your photo:
After a very difficult trek, the platoon I was trekking with arrived at the roping activity, which involves abseiling down a 50m clip. This photo shows a cadet staring over the edge before taking the leap of the path and sailing down the large cliff.
