The Award has encouraged me to explore the world and step put of my comfort zone, allowing me to be more comfortable exploring new places and meeting new people while navigating language barriers. The Award has also challenged me physically and encouraged me to not give up and continue striving to reach my goals even if the time frame of reaching them looks a little different.

Have you continued any of your Award activities? If so, what:
I continue to work towards the long-term goal of my Gold project by pursuing my education and studies in order to become a doctor. I have also continued with the physical activities I worked on during all levels of the Award, especially in triathlon, and am currently in my universities triathlon club. I have also continued with my volunteering at the foodbank I started with back in 2018, and plan on continuing to volunteer there as long as I live in the community!
