Award Level:
Gold
Favourite memory of the Award:
My favourite memory would be from my Gold Adventure. Our team was doing the adventure by foot and canoe. During the canoe portion one of the crews flipped their canoe and everything went into the water. Everyone helped to get the canoe back over and water free. Quite an adventure to get all of the items dry by nightfall!
Age:
17
Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
I think the biggest challenge was to pivot my skills during Covid when we went into lockdown.
Country:
Canada
Have you continued any of your Award activities? If so, what:
I had used biathlon as part of my awards and I am now training harder and hoping to qualify to represent my province at the Canada Winter Games 2023 din PEI!
Tell us the story behind your photo:
Our Gold Aventure took us through parts of our province that I had never scene before. It seemed to be more beautiful and picturesque with each turn of the trail. This is my favourite picture over the Bay of Fundy. Now I know why they call New Brunswick the “Picture Province
