Aline Santos Farhat is a globally experienced business leader and board advisor with more than 35 years of senior executive experience in multinational organisations. She spent her executive career at Unilever, where she held global leadership roles including Global Chief Brand Officer and Global Chief Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, working closely with boards and executive teams on long-term value creation and organisational transformation.

She now pursues a portfolio career as a Non-Executive Director, Trustee and Strategic Advisor, and currently serves as a Trustee of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, a member of the Inter IKEA Group Advisory Board, and the Victoria & Albert Museum Corporate Board. She is also a Special Advisor to UN Women’s Unstereotype Alliance, which she co-founded.

Aline brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across Latin America, Europe and global markets, with particular expertise in governance, organisational culture and responsible growth.
