Favourite memory of the Award:
I enjoyed the topic I spoke about and partaking in public speaking. However, the most memorable moment was doing this activity with my friends, it helped me improve my critical thinking and boosted my confidence. My group and I got a B+ symbol award in the public speaking competition, therefore the whole experience has been indelible in my heart .
Biggest challenge from doing the Award:
I had fears and anxiety performing in front of people and was petrified that I would mess up while doing my speech . However I did not allow fear to stop me from partaking in public speaking. Moreover ,memorising my speech that was 3 minutes long was a big challenge for me as well and learning it took some time but I conquered it. Practicing and enjoying the activity is the best part of all of it .

Have you continued any of your Award activities? If so, what:
Yes . I took part in choir , sports which is netball in particular and volunteered in community services .
Tell us the story behind your photo:
I had the opportunity to demonstrate my skills by communicating effectively in front of the audience which was not easy at first but was worth it . This was my first time ever doing this activity and it was a wonderful experience for me. Practice makes prefect and without the help and support I got from my peers I wouldn’t have achieved goal I wanted to achieve .
